Andrew Fastow was the mastermind behind a supremely complex network of off-balance-sheet special purpose entities and shell companies used to conceal years of massive losses, leveraged on Enron stock, which eventually led to the company’s spectacular bankruptcy in 2001.
Mr. Fastow was the Chief Financial Officer of Enron Corp. from 1998 – 2001. In 2004, he pled guilty to two counts of securities fraud, and was sentenced to six years in federal prison. He completed his sentence in 2011, and now lives with his family in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Fastow currently provides litigation support at a law firm, and he consults with Directors, attorneys, and hedge funds on how best to identify potentially critical finance, accounting, compensation, and cultural issues. Mr. Fastow received a BA in Economics and Chinese from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to joining Enron, he was a Senior Director in the Asset Securitization Group at Continental Bank N.A.

Skills and experience: Prior to her current role, Aradhana was CFO for Alexion. Aradhana joined Alexion in 2017 and was responsible for driving strategic growth, financial performance and business development at Alexion. She brings operational experience in biopharma plus more than 20 years of professional experience at global financial institutions and has extensive knowledge of global healthcare systems, having closed more than 100 transactions across M&A, equity and debt financing. Before joining Alexion, Aradhana was Managing Director of Healthcare Corporate and Investment Banking at Citi Global Banking, focusing on clients in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical sectors. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at UBS, and worked at JP Morgan in the M&A Advisory and Healthcare groups. Aradhana trained as a medical doctor in India and spent two years practising in both India and Africa. She completed her medical training at the University of Delhi and received her MBA from Stanford Business School.
Bill George is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Medtronic. He joined Medtronic in 1989 as president and chief operating officer, was chief executive officer from 1991-2001, and board chair from 1996-2002. He is currently a senior fellow at Harvard Business School, where he has taught leadership since 2004.
Bill is the author of: Discover Your True North and The Discover Your True North Field book, Authentic Leadership, 7 Lessons for Leading in Crisis True North, Finding Your True North, and True North Groups. He served on the boards of Goldman Sachs, ExxonMobil, Novartis, Target, and Mayo Clinic.
He received his BSIE with high honors from Georgia Tech, his MBA with high distinction from Harvard University, where he was a Baker Scholar, and honorary PhDs from Georgia Tech, Mayo Medical School, University of St. Thomas, Augsburg College and Bryant University.
