Conference theme: Rising to the Resilience Challenge

In recent times businesses have faced an unprecedented series of disruptive events that have put their resilience to the test - from natural disasters around the world and conflict in the Ukraine, to supply chain disruptions and an energy supply crisis.

As a result, building and maintaining resilience are top priorities for organizations worldwide, but resilience is an ongoing process that involves everyone within a business. Resilience capability is a collective approach to working and the more it is developed and maintained, the more it helps organizations to thrive in the face of adversity.

For these reasons, with the conference theme of Rising to the Resilience Challenge, this year’s BCI World wants to put the focus on how business resilience is developed and maintained.
