Doug is Director of Critical Infrastructure at Minuteman Security & Life Safety, where he leads business development and strategic growth initiatives focused on protecting complex operational environments across the energy, utility, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors. With more than two decades of experience spanning security technology, operational risk, and critical infrastructure protection, Doug has helped organizations safeguard people, assets, and operations through integrated security strategies and advanced technology solutions. Prior to joining Minuteman, he served as BDM – Energy at Motorola Solutions, partnering with utilities and critical infrastructure operators to advance physical security, operational resilience, and cybersecurity initiatives. He has also held leadership roles at Prosegur and Rekor Systems, supporting the deployment of advanced surveillance technologies, AI-enabled analytics, license plate recognition, and enterprise security programs. Doug began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in intelligence as a Russian linguist and HUMINT specialist in support of counterintelligence, tactical, and special operations missions. That experience continues to inform his approach to understanding risk, solving complex security challenges, and building resilient operations. Throughout his career, Doug has focused on helping organizations navigate evolving threats while strengthening the security and resilience of the people, infrastructure, and operations they depend on.
