In this workshop, we will delve into the changing responsibilities and expectations of ITRTs, examining the key trends and challenges that shape their role in today's educational environment. Through group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will gain insights into the new dimensions of the ITRT's responsibilities  FETC Workshops require an additional registration fee or premium registration. All workshops are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for hands on participation

Krystle Pearson is a Senior Marketing Manager for Education at Kajeet with extensive experience in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. With 16 years of experience, Krystle has worked as a classroom teacher, school technology coach, ITRT, and central office administrator. She spent her last 5 years as a K-12 Director of Technology, making her an asset to the Kajeet team.Mrs. Pearson's innovative approach to education has earned her recognition from multiple prestigious organizations. The Virginia State University Office of Institutional Advancement praised her for transforming the educational experiences of her students, while the Southside Virginia Regional Technology Consortium awarded her the Technology Leader of the Year title presented by First Lady Pamela Northam. In addition, Women Education Leaders in Virginia named her the Regional Leader of the Year. Recently, Mrs. Pearson was appointed as the Social Media Co-Chair for the Virginia Alliance of Black School Educators, where she serves as a valued member of the Executive Board.
