- Hack Your Coaching: 10 Strategies to TRANSFORM Your Practice
In this presentation, two EdTech coaches will share their experiences and best practices to support and inspire other coaches in the field. The session will focus on how to effectively communicate and collaborate with educators, create a supportive coaching culture, and develop personalized professional development plans to meet educators' specific needs. Participants will leave with TEN practical tips and strategies for establishing a successful coaching program, overcoming common challenges, and empowering educators to integrate technology into their classrooms. Presenters will also explore how to leverage technology to facilitate communication and collaboration among coaches and educators, and build a strong network of support for continuous improvement. Together, we will share our experiences, learn from each other, and discover new ways to support and inspire K-12 educators to integrate technology effectively into their teaching practice.
After teaching secondary English for 14 years, Kelley completed her M.Ed. in Instructional Technology in 2011, after which she moved into her current role as Academic Technology Coach at Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton, FL. Her career passion is to facilitate efficient, meaningful learning by incorporating purposeful technology. She is an ISTE Certified Educator, Google for Education Certified Trainer, and a Certified Apple Learning Coach. During her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding and exploring South Florida locations with her family and friends.
