Chef Schuler’s culinary career began in the kitchen at the age of 16, and he has never looked back. A Johnson and Wales University 00’ (Charleston, SC) graduate. Chef Schuler has spent 30 years in food service. The last 15 years in the Food service Design Industry with over 150+ projects completed. "I’m just a laid-back guy with a penchant for good food and a passion for how it’s prepared. I’m naturally wired to solve problems, and the needle in my compass always points me toward innovation and excellence. If there’s a better way to do something, especially in the kitchen, I’ll find it.”
